<br />j Mathilde Kleinkauf ,Deceased. )FINAL DECREE.

<br />Now on this 12th day of July,1924,this cause came on for hearing on the Petition of
<br />Frieda E.Kleinkauf,daughter of the above mentioned deceased and one of the heirs at law and
<br />interested persons in said estate praying for a Final settlement of said estate and that a
<br />Decree be entered herein determining what,if any,claims were unpaid in said estate,the
<br />rights of heirship of interested parties in said estate and asked that said estate be closed.
<br />And it appearing to the Court that notice of the filing of said Petition has been given
<br />to all interested persons as by law required and that proofs of such notice have been duly
<br />filed in this Court and it appearing to the Court that heretofore an account has been exhibit -
<br />ed by Edwin J.Kleinkauf,Administrator of said estate and that by said account it is shown
<br />that the said Edwin J.Kleinkauf received in his capacity as Administrator the sum of $3139.13
<br />and that he paid out on account of said estate the 841 of $1509.22 and there was a balance
<br />j due to said estate,as shown by said report in the sum of $1629.91,and it appearing to the
<br />Court that heret'ofore,on the 4" day of November,1918,an order was entered in this Court re-
<br />leasing the bondsman of said Edwin J.Kleinkauf,Administrator,on the settlement by said bD nd-
<br />man with the minor heirs of said a state,said settlement having been requested and petitioned
<br />by all of the heirs and interested persons in said estate other than said minor heirs,an d
<br />it further appearing to the Court that by said report the Administrator had accounted for all
<br />of the estate which had come into his hands except the balance above mentioned in the sum of
<br />$1629.91,p
<br />And it,appearin to the Court that the said Edwin J.Kldinkauf has made settlement with his
<br />� g
<br />bondsman on account of the sum paid by said bondsman in settlement with said minor heirs and
<br />it appearing that all other heirs,other than said minor heirs,have filed their final receipts
<br />herein,acknowledging settlement in full from said Administrator and praying for a closing of
<br />the estate,
<br />It is,therefore,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of said Edwin J.Klelnkauf,
<br />Administrator of the Estate of said Mathilde Kleinkauf,deceased,be and the same is approved
<br />as and for his Final Report.
<br />The Court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of said estate in the
<br />manner provided by law of the time and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate
<br />of said deceased;that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired;that all claims
<br />filed and allowed against said estate have been fully paid sad satisfied;that the funeral
<br />expenses of said deceased and the cost of administering said estate have been fully paid and
<br />that all outstanding claims against said estate not filed,'f any such there be,are forever
<br />barred and excluded.
<br />It is,therefore,ordered,adjudged and decreed by the Court that all persons are forever
<br />barred from filing or setting up any claim or demand against the estate of the said Mathilde
<br />Kleinkauf and that said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that the said Mathilde Kleinkauf departed this life on the 27" da$ of Deo-
<br />ember,1911,a resident of Hall County,Nebraska,thd that she died intestate;that she left
<br />surviving her as her sole and only heirs at law the following named:
<br />Edwin J.Kleinkauf,a son,
<br />Ella M.A.Kleinkauf,a daughter,
<br />Richard A.Kleinkauf,a son,
<br />Freida E.gleinkauf,a daughter,
<br />Alma H.Kleinkauf,a daughter,
