<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />In the matter of the estate
<br />of Bertha E.Ross, FINAL DECREE.
<br />Deceased.
<br />Now,on this 2d day of August,1927,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />of Sprague D.Ross,Administrator of the estate of Bertha E.Ross,deceased,and upon his petition
<br />for the approval and allowance of said report,the settlement of said estate,and his discharge
<br />herein,and the Court having examined the records and files herein and being fully advised
<br />in the premises,finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time
<br />and place fixed for a hearing upon said report and petition as heretofore ordered by the
<br />Court,and the Court having examined said report and being fully advised in the premises finds
<br />that said report is true and correct in all things,and that the same ought to be approved
<br />and allowed as and for the final report of said Administrator.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the
<br />time and place fixed for filing claims against said estate,and that the time so fixed has
<br />fully expired,and that all persons having claims against said estate,if any such there be,
<br />are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said esta
<br />The Court further finds that the funeral expenses of said deceased have been fully paid,
<br />also the costs of this proceeding,and nothing remains in the hands of said Administrator
<br />of the personal estate of said deceased;that said estate is not subject to an inheritance
<br />tax under the laws of the state of Nebraska,nor to a Federal estate tax under the laws of the
<br />United States.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Bertha E.Ross left surviving her,as her heirs at
<br />law and her sole and only heirs at law,Sprague D.Ross,her surviving husba.nd,and father of
<br />all of the children of said deceased;Bertha Ross McFadden,a daughter,of lawful age,and Kenn-
<br />' eth D.Ross,a son
<br />of lawful age.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Bertha E.Ross died seized as the owner,by fee sim-
<br />ple title,of Lot Three (3) in Block Eighty -five (95) in the Original Town,now City,of brand
<br />e.
