<br />The Court finds that under the provisions of the law of descent of real estate in the
<br />state of Nebraska,all of the right,title,and interest of the said Augusta Mueller in and
<br />I to the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at her death to Henry
<br />i

<br />llueller,her son. in absolute title .
<br />It is therefore considered,adjudged and decreed by the court that all of the right title
<br />and interest of Augusta :dueller in and to all of the above mentioned and described real
<br />estate did pass and descend under and by virtue of the provisions of the laws of Nebraska,
<br />at her death,to Henry Mueller,her son,to have and to hold to him and his heirs and assigns
<br />forever,and the Court awards it to him.
<br />It is further considered by the courtthat all persons are forever barred from filing
<br />or setting up any clains or demands against the estate of Augusta Mueller deceased.
<br />It is further considered by the Court that the repmrt of the administrator be and the
<br />same is hereby approved and allowed as and for his final account and he is discharged of
<br />his trust and his bond is -released.

<br />of the death of the said Augusta H.Splettstoeser,deceased,that the said Augusta H.Spletts-
<br />toeser died intestate,that the heirs at law of the said Augusta H.Splettstoeser be determined
<br />by the Court,and their respective degree of kinship fixed,and that the right of descent of
<br />the real estate of the said Augusta H.Splettstoeser,deceased,be determined,and it appearing
<br />to the Court,from the proofs on file,that due and legal notice,by publication,has been
<br />given,as by law and the order of this court required,to all creditore,heirs and persons in-
