IN -THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE ) OF FI'l?AL DECREE. AUGUSTA MIUELLER,DECEASED. Now on this 16th day of June,1922,this cause carne on to be heard upon the final report of Henry `,Iueller,Administrator of the estate of Augusta illueller,deceased,it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court from the proof now on file that notice was given to all persons interested in the estate of said deceased,as required by law and by order of Court,by pub- lication of such notice in the Grand Island Herald one week prior to the 16th day of June,19C On consideration of the report and the files of this office,the Court being fully advised in the prenises,finds that said xeport is correct in all respects and ought to be allowed, that said Adninistra.tor has paid all the expenses of, administration and inheritance tax and has accounted for all of said estate which came into his possession. The Court finds further that notice was given to creditors of said deceased as to the time allowed arid place appointed for filing claims against said estate,th4:t the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired and that all claims outstanding against said deceased if such there be are therefore forever barred and excluded,and that no claims of any nature were filed against said estate. The Court finds that said Augusta Mueller departed this life on the 3d day of June,1921, that she was at the time of her death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska,and t she died intestate,leaving surviving her as her sole heir at law,Henry Mueller,her son;that Y husband preceded her in death and that she left no other child or children and no children of child of a deceased child.
