<br />on the final report of the Administrator after due notice by publication as by law and the
<br />order of this court required had been given to all persons interested as to the time fixed
<br />and place appointed for hearing said report,and them being no objections on file thereto,
<br />j and no one Appearing in person to object,said report was examined and from such examination
<br />ei
<br />the Court finds that the same is correct and that it should be approved and allowed as
<br />and for the final accounting of the Administrator.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the final report of the Administrator
<br />heretofore filed,be and the same is hereby allowed as and for his final accounting.

<br />ij The Court further finds that due notice by publication as by law and the order of this

<br />appointed for filing claims against said estate and that said time has fully elapsed

<br />and that all claims filed against said estate have been paid and fully satisfied,and that
<br />f any claims not so filed,if any such there be,should be forever barred and precluded.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all claims filed against said estate
<br />have been pamd and fully satisfied,and that any claims not so filed,if any such there be,

<br />be and the same are hereby forever barred and precluded.
<br />The Court further finds that Thomas J.Churchwell departed this life on the 5th.day of

<br />j Ja.nuary,125 while a. resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska,and that he died in-
<br />testate;that he left surviving him as his heirs at laver and only heirs at law,Frona Anna
<br />Churchwell,his widow,and Walter Churchwell and James S.Churchwell,his sons;that at the time
<br />of his death,the said Thomas J.Churchwell was the owner in fee of Lot Three (3) in Block
<br />Five (5) of College Addition to 1test Lawn in the City of Grand Island,Ha.11 County,Nebraska,
<br />and that upon the death of said Thomas J.Churchwell,said property did pass and descend by
<br />operation of law as follows:
<br />To Frona Anna Ohurchwell,an undivided one -third (j) interest therein.
<br />To Walter Churchwell,an undivided one -third interest therein.
<br />To Jaynes S.Churchwell,an undivided one -third O interest therein.
<br />That said premises were not the homestead of said deceased and that Frona Anna Churchwell
<br />his widow,has no homestead rights therein.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Lot Three (3) in Block Five (5) of
<br />College Addition to 'Vest Lawn in the City of Grand Island,Ha.11 County,Nebra.ska,did pass and
<br />descend by operation of law upon the death of Thomas J.Churchwell,deceased,as follows:
<br />To Frona Anna Crurchwell,an undivided one -third (j) interest therein.
<br />To 47a.lter Churchwell,an undivided one -third (j) interest therein.
<br />To Jaynes S.Churchwell,an undivided one - third (1) interest therein.
<br />and the sale is hereby awarded to them and to eacil of them,to have and to hold to them and
<br />their heirs forever,and said estate is closed,the a.dninistrator discharged,a,nd his bond re-
<br />leased.
