<br />James Martin,Oruille Martin,and Jane Hamilton,brothers and sister and heirs at law of said
<br />deceased,share and share alike.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report and the
<br />supplemental final report of the said W.L.Sprague,as Administrator of the estate of the said
<br />Mary A.Robinson,deceased,be,and the same hereby are,in all things,approved and allowed as and
<br />r
<br />for his final reports,said George L.Robinson is hereby barred from further claim to the per-
<br />sonal estate of said deceased,said estate is hereby settled and closed,and upon filing receipt
<br />from the heirs of said deceased of the balance remaining in the hands of said Administrator,
<br />that said Administrator stand discharged herein.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims
<br />against the estate of said Mary A.Robinson,deceased,are forever barred and excluded and j
<br />enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.

<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that upon the death of the said
<br />Mary A.Robinson the title to all of the real and personal estate owned by said deceased at
<br />the time of her death passed and descended in equal shares to the said James Martin,Orville
<br />Martin,and Jane Hamilton,brothers and sister of said deceased,by absolute title,share and
<br />share alike,and distribution of the same,excepting the $$1655.12 paid into the District Court
<br />of Hall County,Nebraska,by said Administrator,is hereby accordingly ordered and made.
