<br />of Mary A.Robinson,
<br />Deceased.
<br />Now,on this 22d day of June,1927,pursuant to adjournment,this cause came on for hearing

<br />upon the final report and supplemental final report of W.L.Sprague,Administrator of the estate
<br />of ►ary A.Robinson,deceased,and upon his petition for the final settlement of said estate
<br />gad his discharge herein,and
<br />the Court having examined the records and files herein,and being fully advised in the premise:

<br />finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate
<br />of the time and place fixed for a hearing upon said reports,and the Court having examined
<br />>i
<br />said reports,together with the vouchers on file,and being duly advised in the premises,finds
<br />i that said reports are true and correct in all things and that the same ought to be approved
<br />!I

<br />and allowed and for gor the final reports of said Administrator.

<br />The Court further finds that said Mary A.Robinson died intestate on the 23d day of Burch,
<br />1926,and at the time of her death shir was a widow and a resident and inhabitant of Hall
<br />Opunty,Nebraska,that she was never the mother of any children,that her partnts both died
<br />prior to 4er death,and that she left surviving her,as her heirs at law,and her only heirs
<br />fat law,James Martin,a brather,of Harding,Kansas,Orville Hartin,a brother,of Adamana,Arizona,
<br />and Jane Hamilton,a sister,of Seattle,Washington;that in pursuance to an order of the Dis-
<br />trict Court of Hall County,Nebraska,in an action therein pending wherein George L.Robinson
<br />is plaintiff,and William L.Sprague,Administrator of the estate of Mary A.Robinson,deceased,
<br />is defendant,said W.L.Sprague,Administrator of the estate of the said Mary A.Robinson,
<br />deceased,has paid to the Clerk of the District Court,of Hall County,Nebraska,the sum of

<br />$163�.12,being the amount of the personal estate of said deceased to which said George L.
<br />fRobinson filed claim herein,and in full satisfaction of the claim of said George L.Robinson
<br />j against the personal estate of said deceased,and that said George L.Robinson has no further
<br />it
<br />claim against the personal estate of said deceased,and said W.L.Spra,gue,Administrator of
<br />'! the estate of said Mary A.Robinson,deceased,is hereby discharged from all further liability
<br />i
<br />to said George L.Robinson and any further claim of the said George L.Robinson against the
<br />estate of the said Mary A.Robinson,deceased,is hereby disallowed;that there remains in the
<br />hands of said Administrator for distribution -to the heirs of said Mary A.Robinson,deceased,
<br />the sum of $8421.73,and said Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to make dis-
<br />tribution thereof and of all of the same to the said James Martin,Orville Martin,and Jane
<br />Hamilton,heirs of said deceased,share and share alike.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the
<br />time and place fixed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased;that the time
<br />so fixed has fully ex ired ,and that all persons having claims against said estate ,if any
<br />such there be,are forever barred,and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims
<br />ggainst said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said Mary A.Robinson,deceased,died seized as the owner by
<br />fee simple title of Lots Three (3) and Four in the southwest quarter and the southeast
<br />f
<br />quarter of the southwest quarter,all in Section Thirty -three (33),Township Ten (10),North,
<br />Range Eleven (11) West,in Hall County,Nebra,ska,and that upon the death of said Mary A.

<br />Robinson said real estate passed,by absolute title,under tie intestate laws of the state of
<br />Nebraska in force at the time of the, ..death of the said Mary A.Robinson,deceased,to said
