Skipton was appointed appraiser to take testimony and report the fair market value of the pr1perty subject to the payment of inheritance tax;that the said appraiser,fixed a time and ;1 place for hearing,and that at the time and place so fixed took testimony and on the 29th day of June,1927 made a report fixing khe value of said estate for the purpose of assessment of inheritance tax in the sum of $332486.00. That on taid day the Court fixed the amount of inheritance tax due from the said W alte� H.Brownell at the sum of $334.96,$71.13 being payable to Adams County,Nebraska and $263.73 be ng payable to Hall County,Nebra,ska,which said tax has beencUly paid and receipts therefor filed therein. That the total value of said estate is such that it is not subject to the payment of a federal estate tax. The Court further finds fromt 1-B records and evidence that Georgiana Brownell and Georgia L.Brownell are one and the same person. That the report and account of the executor filed herein is found by the Court to be correct,and should be allowed as his final account it settlement of said estate,and that the executor should be discharged. IT IS THEREFORE considered,ordered and adjudged by the Court: That the report of said executor be and the same i s hereby in all things approved and allowed;that the real estate of which said deceased died seized and the personal property re- maining in the findings hereof,11 naining in the hands of the executor,both fully set out and descried ttl be and the same arehereby set over and assigned unto Walter H.Brownell,widower and sole legate under the last will and testament of Georgiana Brownell,deceased,to him and his heirs forever.!, all in accordance with the terms of said last Will. That the said Walter H.Brownell is hereby discharged from his trust as executor,his letter)B testamentary cancelled and his bond released.
