<br />I,Joseph M.Turbyfill,County Judge,in and for said County,do hereby certify that on this
<br />19th day of January,A.D.1927 the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament
<br />of the said Georgiana Brownell,deceased,wnich was filed in this Court,on the 24th day of
<br />j ecember,A.D.,1926,and being the instrument to which this is annexed,was duly proved,approve4
<br />probated and allowed,as the last will and testament of the said Georgiana Brownell,deceased,
<br />in and for the State of Nebraska;and it was ordered to be recorded in the records of the
<br />County Court aforesaid.
<br />IN WITNESS NHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand,and the seal of said County Court,at
<br />Hastings this 19th day of January,A.D.,1927,

<br />That on the 19th day of January,1927 Walter H.Brownell was appointed executor of said
<br />will and duly qualified by taking oath and filing bond.
<br />That due notice was given for the filing of claims against said estate;that all claims
<br />filed,together with all expenses,funeral charges and costs of administering said estate have
<br />been fully settled and satisfied,and that all claims not filed against said estate should
<br />be and they are hereby forever barred.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Walter H.Brownell is the sole devisee and legatee
<br />under the will of said Georgiana Brownell,deceased,and as such is entitled to all of the
<br />property belonging to said estate,all in accordance with the provisions of said Will.
<br />That the deceased at the time of her death was the owner and in possession of the
<br />following described real estate,to -wit: Section 9,Township 9,North,Range 9,��est of the 6th
<br />P.M.in Hall County,Nebra.ska,consisting of 640 acres;
<br />The South 55 feet of Lots 1 and 2,Block 5,Original Town of Hastings,Adams County,Nebraska.
