<br />Now on this 9th day of July,1927,this cause coming on for hearing,having been left open
<br />and continued from the 21st day of June,1927,upon the report and petition of Walter H.Brownel ,
<br />I1 executor of the last Will and Testament of Georgiana Brownell,deceased for final settlement
<br />and distribution of said estate and for his discharge as said executor,and the evidence,and w s
<br />submitted to the Court,upon consideration whereof the Court finds:
<br />That; due and legal notice of this hearing was had by publication according to law.
<br />That said Georgiana Brownell died testate,a resident of Adams County,Nebraska on the 18th
<br />day of December,1926;that said deceased left a last Will and Testament which was by this Cour
<br />on the 19Th day of January,1927 duly approved,allowed,probated and ordered recorded as such, +�+
<br />and a proper certificate of probate was attached thereto,which Will and the Certificate of 11

<br />OF THE CITY OF HASTINGS,ADAMS COUNTY,NEBRASKA
<br />I,Georgiana Brownell,(also known as Georgia L.Brownell,the daughter of George H.LaMonte,
<br />late of Adams County, Nebraska, deceased), of the City of Hastings,County of Adams and State of
<br />Nebraska,do hereby make,publish and declare this my labt will and testament,in words and
<br />figures following,to -wit:
<br />FIRST- I give,devise and bequeath to my belcwed husband,Walter H.Brownell,all my property of Overy
<br />de script ion,both real and personal ,in fee simple absolute,of which I may die seized,and wher
<br />soever situate.
<br />SECOND-1 hereby constitute and appoint my said husband,Walter H.Brownell,executor of this
<br />my last will and testament,and request that no other bond be required of him,except his own
<br />personal obligation,hereby revoking all former wills by me made,
