<br />no objections thereto,said cause was duly submitted to the Court,upon the petition and the
<br />evidence produced by the petitioner in support thereof,and the Court being fully advised
<br />! in the premises finds that the said Pearl M.Mappes died intestate in Grand Island,Hall
<br />County,in the State of Nebraska,and that at the time of her death the said Pearl M.Mappes
<br />is
<br />was a resident and inhabitant of the City of Grand Island State of Nebraska;that the said
<br />Pearl M.Mappes died seized of an estate of inheritance in real estate,located in Hall
<br />County,Nebraska,consisting of the ownership in fee simple of Lots Six (6) and Seven (7) in
<br />Block Four (4) in Schimmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska;that more than
<br />three years have elapsed since the death of the said Pearl M.Mappes,and that no application
<br />has ever been made in the State of Nebraska for the appointment of an administrator of her
<br />i
<br />estate,nor has administration upon the Estate of the said Pearl M.Mappes,deceased,ever been
<br />had in the State of Nebraska;that the petitioner herein is nor the owner of an undivided
<br />one -half interest in said premises and is a competent and proper person to institute and
<br />prosecute this proceediqg.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Pearl M.Mappes left surviving her her husband,
<br />'! Fred W.Mappes,residing at Grand Island,Nebraska,and Marjorie M.Mappes,a daughter,age ten
<br />years;that upon the death of the said Pearl M.Mappes,under the laws of the State of Nebraska,
<br />then in force,the real estate hereinbefore described passed and descended as follows: An
<br />undivided one -half interest to Fred W.Mappes,and an undivided one -half interest to Marjorie
<br />M.Mappes.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Pearl M.Mappes,deceased,left a personal estate
<br />sufficient to pay her ffiineral expenses and debts,and that such funeral expenses and debts
<br />have been fully paid;that if any debts existed against the estate of the said Pearl M.Mappes,l
<br />deceased,such debts are long since barred by the Statute of Limitations and are now forever
<br />barred and precluded,and the Court further finds that the costs of this proceeding have been i
<br />paid in full.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the said Pearl M.Mappes
<br />j died intestate at Grand Island,State of Nebraska;that she died on the 4th day of January,1924
<br />and that at the time of her death she was a resident and inhabitant of Grand Island and

<br />M.Mappes;that no administration has ever been had or applied for upon the Estate of the said
<br />'earl M.Mappes,deceased,in the State of Nebraska;that the said Pearl M.Mappes,died seized I
<br />as the owner in fee simple of an estate of inheritance in Lots Six (6) and Seven (7) in
<br />Block Four (4) in Schimmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska;that she left
<br />surviving her Fred i[.Mappes,her surviving husband,and Marjorie M.Mappes,a daughter age ten
<br />years,as her heirs at law and her only heirs at law;that under the laws of descent of the
<br />State of Nebraska in force at the time of the death of the said Pearl M.Mappes the real
<br />estate herein described,passed and descended,upon the death of the said Pearl M.Mappes,as
<br />follows: An undivided one -half interest therein to Fred W.Mappes and an undivided one -half
<br />interest therein to Marjorie M.Ma.ppes,and to their respective heirs and assigns forever,and
<br />that the same is hereby awarded to them,and all debts of said deceased,and all debts against
<br />the estate of said deceased,if any such existed,are forever barred and precluded,and further
<br />administration of the Estate of the said Pearl M.Mappes,deceased,is hereby dispensed with,
<br />and said estate is forever settled and closed.
