<br />26th day of October 1925,the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of
<br />Andrew Burg,deceased,was filed for probate in this Court.That on the 19th day of November
<br />1925 said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated and
<br />allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Andrew Burg,
<br />deceased,and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />eceased.
<br />Now,on this 13th day of July,1927,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />of Pauline Burg,Executrix of the last will and testament of Andrew Burg,deceased,and upon
<br />his petition for the approval and allowance of said report,the settlement of said estate,
<br />and her discharge herein,and the Court having examined the records and files and being dully
<br />is
<br />advised in the premises,finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of
<br />the time and place fixed for the hearing upon said report,as heretofore ordered by the
<br />Ij Court,and the Court having examined said report ,together with the vouchers on file,and
<br />' :1 being fully advised in the premises,.finds that said report is true and correct in all things
<br />i
<br />I and that the same ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of said
<br />Executrix.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the
<br />time and place fixed by the Court for the filing of claims against $aid estate,and that the
<br />time so fixed has fully expired,and that all persons having claims against said estate,if
<br />any such there be,are forever barred,and edcluded from setting up or asserting any such
<br />claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said Executrix has, paid the funeral expenses of said deceased,
<br />and the costs of this proceeding,and that said estate is not subject to an inheritance tax
<br />under the laws of the state of Nebraska,or to a Federal estate tax under the laws of the
<br />United States.
<br />The Court further finds that said Andrew Burg,deceased,died seized as the owner,by fee
<br />simple title absolute,of Lot Two (2) in Block Eighty -two (82) of the Original Town,now City,
<br />of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,the same being the home and homestead of said deceased,
<br />and of Pauline Burg,his wife,at the time of his death,also Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block
<br />Six (6) and Sub -lots One (1) Two (2) and Three (3) of Lots Twelve (12) and Thirteen (13),i:h
<br />Block One (1),all in Burg's Addition to Kimball,in Kimball County,Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Andrew Burg left surviving him,as his heirs at
<br />law and his only heirs at law,the following named persons;Pauline Burg,his surviving widow,
<br />and mother of all his children;Lulu Heimberger,a daughter,and Robert Burg,also known as
<br />Robert Andrew Burg,a son :Webster Burg,mentioned in the last will and testament of said Andrew,
<br />Burg,deceased,having died intestate on the 22d day of August,1918,long prior to the death
<br />of the said Andrew Burg;that said Webster Burg,also known as Daniel W.Burg,was never married,
<br />and left no children surviving him;that said Robert Burg,also known as Robert Andrew Burg,
<br />died intestate on the 26th day of September,1926,subsequent to the death of the said Andrew
<br />Burg,deceased;that said Robert Burg was never the father of any children.
<br />The Court further finds that under the terms and provisions of the last will and testa -
