<br />WIDL,CERTIFICATE AND DECREE
<br />In the Name of God,Amen.I,Andrew Burg of Grand Island,Nebraska,being of sound mind and
<br />disposing memory,do make and publish this my last will and testament in the manner and form
<br />;i
<br />following;that is to say: -
<br />First.I direct that all my just debts and expenses attending my funeral be first paid.
<br />Second.I give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife,Pauline Burg,so long as she shall
<br />remain unmarried,all of the property of which I die seized,both real and personal,and whethe,
<br />now held by me or hereafter acquired.Should my said wife remarry after my death,then and in
<br />that event,one -half of all the property of which I shall die seized shall immediately become
<br />the property of my three children,Lulu Heimberger,Webster Burg and Robert Burg,of the sur-
<br />vivors of them,share and share alike.The other half to remain the property of my said wife.
<br />Third.The above disposition of my property is made knowing full well that should my wife
<br />survive me and remain unmarried she will provide for our three children at the time of her d) th.
<br />Fourth.I name and appoint my said wife,Pauline Burg and my son Webster Burg,as executors
<br />of this will without bond.
<br />Fifth.I hereby revoke any and all former wills made by me.
