<br />M.Bohn,Executrix of the last will and testament of Henry Bohn,deceased,for the allowance
<br />of the final report filed herein for settlement of said estate,and her discharge as such
<br />Executrix,and the Court having examined the records and files and being fully advised in the
<br />premises, finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />place fixed for hearing upon said final report,as heretofore ordered by the Court,and the
<br />Court,having examined said report,together with the vouchers on file,and being fully advised
<br />in the premises,,,finds that said report is true and correct in all things and that the same
<br />ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of said Executrix.

<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the
<br />time and place fixed for filing claims against said estate,that the time so fixed has fully
<br />expired,and that all persons having claims against said estate,if any such there be,are fox-
<br />ever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Henry Bohn died testate at his home in Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska,on the 22d day of December,1926,and that at the time of his death he was a resident
<br />and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska;that said Executrix has paid the funeral expenses
<br />of said deceased,the special legacies set forth in the last will and testament of said de-
<br />ceased,the costs of administration,and that said estate is nct subject to an inheritance
<br />tax under the laws of the state of Nebraska,or to a Federal estate tax under the laws of
<br />the United States.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Henry Bohn died seized as the owner,by fee simple
<br />title absolute of Fractional Lot Four (4),in Block One Hundred One (101),Railroad Addition
<br />to the city of Grand Island,in Hall County,Nebraska,and its complement,Fractional Lot Four
<br />(4) in Block One Hundred One (101) in Koenig & Wiebe's Addition to the city of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska,and Lot Twenty -five (25) in Block Seven (7),Oregon Valley Land Company Addition to
<br />i Lakeview, Lake County,Oregon, and that under the terms and provisions of the last will and
<br />is
<br />d testament of said deceased, said real estate, and all of the same, passed, by absolute title,
<br />to Minnie M.Bohn, surviving widow of the said Henry Bohn, deceased. IT IS THEREFORE,ORDERED,

<br />I' ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said Minnie M.Bohn, as Execut-
<br />rix of the last will and testament of Henry Bohn, deceased, be, and the same hereby is,in all
<br />!' things, approved and allowed as and for her final report, said Executrix is hereby discharged;
<br />and said estate settled and closed.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that under the terms and provision of the
<br />last will and testament of the said Henry Bohn,deceased,the real estate hereinbefore describe
<br />passed and descended,by absolute title,to Minnie M.Bohn,surviving widow of said deceased.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all personshaving claims
<br />against said estate,if any such there be,are forever barred,excluded,and enjoined from settin
<br />up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under the terms and provision
<br />of the last will and testament of said Henry Bohn,deceased,the residue of the personal estate
<br />of said deceased passed,by absolute title,to Minnie M.Bohn,surviving widow of said deceased,
<br />and distribution thereof is hereby accordingly :Wade.
