<br />Madsen,as follows: An undivided one -third to Mary Madsen,surviving widow of said deceased,
<br />and mother of all his children,and an undivided two - ninths each to Charles Madsen,Lora
<br />Parks,and Alma Madsen,son and daughters of said deceased,aubject to the homestead estate of
<br />the said Mary Madsen,surviving widow of said deceased,as hereinbefore found,and distribution
<br />thereof is hereby accordingly made.

<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF HE ?'RY BOHN.
<br />I, Henry Bohn, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing
<br />memory, do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills
<br />by me made:
<br />FIRST
<br />I direct my Executrix, hereinafter named, pay all my just debts including the expenses of my
<br />last sickness and death, and the cost and expenses of admitting this Will to probate and
<br />i
<br />administering my estate, and the bequests in said will made, from my personal property, and j
<br />as soon after my death as can be conveniently arranged. In the event that such personal prop-
<br />erty as I may have, shall be insufficient to pay such debts, I hereby ailthorize my Executrix
<br />to sell so much of my real estate as may be necessary for that purpose, the within being her
<br />fall and complete authority to execute deeds of transfer for said real estate without author -
<br />ity from any court whatsoever.
<br />SECOND
<br />I give and bequeath unto the following named each the sum of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars, to
<br />be paid as soon after my death as can conveniently be arranged; Rose M.Bohn, my sister of Au
<br />New York, the sum of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars; Elizabeth T.Bohn, my sister of Auburn,
