<br />terms of said will to the said Rolland Britt;
<br />and that the said real estate described as follows,to wit:
<br />The undivided half of the west half of the northwest quarter of section thirty two,town
<br />nine,north,range ten west of the sixth principal meridian,in Hall oounty,Nebraska,and
<br />The undivided one fourth of the north half of lot fourteen,in Palmer's Addition to the Cit
<br />E' of Hastings,in Adams county,Nebraska,
<br />be and the same is hereby assigned to the said Mabel B.Rainforth,to her and her heirs forever;(
<br />subject,however,to the life estate therein of said Ella L.Miller,and also subject to the
<br />charge thereon for the payment of one fourth of the sum so as aforesaid bequeathed by the
<br />terms of said will to the said Rolland Britt.
<br />Further,that all of the personal property of said estate be and the same is hereby ass
<br />to the said Ella L.Miller,widow,
<br />And further,there being no property now in the hands of the executor aforesaid,his letters;
<br />are hereby cancelled and his bond released.

<br />Now on this 8th day of June,1927,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of Ei

<br />Frank Ulric Peterson,administrator of the estate of Kate Peterson,deceased,pursuant to notice
<br />to all persons interested in said estate by publication of such notice in the GRAND ISLAND
<br />INDEPENDENT,and it appearing to the court that no objection or protest has been filed.

<br />On examination thereof the court finds that said report is correct in all respects and I
<br />ought to be approved;that said administrator hae'reoeived from all sources the sum of $984.351and
<br />} has paid out for funeral expenses and costs of administration
<br />,562.50,leaving in his hands fo
<br />a
<br />distribution the sum of $421.85;that no claims of any nature were filed or allowed against
<br />ii said estate. i
<br />The court finds that notice was given to all creditors of said deceased as to the time 1
<br />ii and place appointed for filing claims against said estate,by publication for four successive
