<br />and the said four children,Benton L.Miller,Charles X.Miller,Arthur H.Miller,and Mabel B.
<br />Rainforth,are each entitled to an undivided one fourth interest,in fee,to

<br />The north half of lot fourteen,in Palmer's Addition to the city of Hastings,in Adams county,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />and that all of the real estate described in this Finding is subject to the payment of the
<br />sum bequeathed by said will to said Rolland Britt,as set forth in the 14th Finding of this
<br />Decree.
<br />16.The Court further finds that no inheritance tax is payable in said estate,and that
<br />the total value of said estate is such that it is not subject to the payment of a federal
<br />estate tax.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED,ORDERED,ADJUDaED-AND DECREED by the Court,that all of the
<br />real estate described herein,to wit:
<br />The southwest quarter of section twenty nine,town nine,north,tange ten west of the sixth
<br />principal meridian,in Hall county,Nebraska;
<br />The undivided one half of the northwest quarter of section thirty two,town nine,north,range
<br />ten west of the sixth principal meridian,in Hall oounty,Nebraska;and
<br />The north half of lot fourteen,in Palmer's Addition to the City of Hastings,in Adams county,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />be and the same is hereby assigned to the said Ella L.Miller,for and during her natural life;
<br />and that the said real estate described as follows,to wit:
<br />The west half of the southwest quarter of section twenty nine,town nine,north,tange ten
<br />west of the bixth principal meridian,in Hall county,Nebraska,and
<br />The undivided one fourth of the north half of lot fourteen,in Palmer's Addition to the City
<br />of Hastings,in Adams Oourt y,Nebraska,

<br />be and the same is hereby assigned to the said Benton L.Miller,to him and his heirs forever;
<br />subject,however,to the life estate therein of said Ella L.Miller,and subject to the charge
<br />upon said land in section twenty nine for the payment of the four bequests of four hundred
<br />dollars each made by the terms of said will to the said Benton L.Miller,Charles X.Miller,
<br />Arthur H.Miller and Mabel B.Rainforth respectively,and subject to the charge upon all said
<br />real estate for the payment of one fourth of the sum so as aforesaid bequeathed by the
<br />terms of set d will to the said Rolland Britt;
<br />and that the said real estate described as follows,to wit:
