FINAL DECREE
<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />In the matter of the estate
<br />of Martha Wilson,
<br />Deceased.
<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />Now,on this 4th day of June,1927,this cause came on for hearing upon the petition of
<br />Martin M.Lorensen,the owner of Lot 4,in Block 2,1n the Original Town of Cairo,3n Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,heretofore filed herein,praying for an order of Court fixing the time and place of
<br />the death of Martha Wilson,deceased,for the allowance and probate of the last will and testa-
<br />went of said deceased,for a determination of who were the heirs at law of said deceased,and
<br />to whom the real estate owned by said deceased at the time of her death,passed and desoenddcl,
<br />and for the settlement of the estate of said deceased,said petitioner being represented by
<br />Horth,Cleary & Suhr,his attorneys,and the Court having examined the records and files herein,
<br />i and being fully advised in the premises,finds that due and legal notice has been given to
<br />all persons,including heirs at law,legatees,devisees,and creditors of said deceased,of the
<br />time and place fixed for a hearing upon said petit.ion,by publication for three successive
<br />weeks in the Grand Island Daily Independent,a legal newspaper published in and of general
<br />circulation in Hall County,Nebraska,as heretofore ordered by the Court,And the Court,having
<br />listened to the testimony introduced in support of said petition,and of the due execution of
<br />the last will and testament of said Martha Wilson,deceased,and being now fully advised in
<br />the premises,finds that the allegations contained in the petition filed herein are true;that
<br />said Martha Wilson departed this life at her home in Hall County,Nebraska,on the 4th day of
<br />March,1899,and that at the time of her death said Mattha Wilson was a resident and inhabit-
<br />ant of Hall County,Nebraska ;that said Martha Wilson left a last will and testament which is
<br />in the words and figures following,to -wit:
<br />" In the name of God,Amen.I.Martha Wilson of.Cairo County of Hall and State of Nebraska.
<br />considering the uncertainty of this mortal life. and being of sound mind and memory.do make
<br />and publish this My last Will and testament,in Manner and Form,that is to say.
<br />First I direct that My Funeral charges $i expense be paid out of my personal property
<br />Second.I.I give and bequeath to My beloved husband C.C.Wilson a full and complete title to
<br />all my Real Estate Consisting of Lots No.2.No.3 No.4 in Block No.2 in the Village of Cairo
<br />in the County of Hall & State of Nebraska
<br />Third.I.appoint my beloved husband C.C.Wilson Executor of this my last Will & testament
<br />In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed My Name this 7 day of May in the year of our
<br />Lord One thousand Eight hundred and Ninety Eight

<br />I further finds that said last will and testament was duly executed.by the said Martha
<br />Wilson,as required by law;that said testatrix,at the time of making said will,was of full
<br />age,of sound mind and memory,and not under restraint,and w as,in all respects,competent to
<br />devise real and personal estate,and that said will has been duly proved and should be allowedl',
