<br />against said estate,not so filed,if any such there be,are therefore forever barred and exclu
<br />It is,therefore,considered by the court that the report of Anna E.Wilkinson,exeeutrix,
<br />be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for her final account.
<br />It is further considered by the court that all persons are forever barred and precluded_
<br />I
<br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Edward E.Wilkinson,de-
<br />ceased,and that said estate is closed.
<br />The court finds that the said Edward E.Wilkinson died seized of an undivided one half int
<br />ested in and to the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State
<br />Nebraska,to -wit; The West 57 feet of Lot 7 in Block 69,in the original town,now City of Gra
<br />Island.
<br />The court finds that the said Edward E.Wilkinson departed this life on the 14th day of
<br />1925,being at the time of his death a resident of Hall County,Nebraska,and that he left a
<br />last will and testament which instrument was duly proved,allowed and admitted to probate
<br />herein on the 17th day of September,1925,and recorded in this office.
<br />The court further finds that under and by virtue of the provisions of said last will and
<br />testament all of the right,title and interest of the Testator in and to said above described
<br />real estate did pass and descend at the death of the testator to Anna E.Wilkinson for her use
<br />and benefit during the term of her natural life,with full power in her to sell and convey sai,
<br />real estate and to use the proceeds and the income therefrom in any manner she may elect,
<br />whatever remains of said property at the death of the said Anna-E.Wilkinson-to descend to the
<br />children of said d eoeased,n§mely,Lola Peden and William L.Wilkinson,in equal shares.
<br />IT.. IS ,THEREFORE,CONSIDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all of the right,title and interest
<br />of the said Edward E. Wilkinson, deo eased, in and to the above mentioned and described real estate
<br />did descend at his d eath,under and by virtue of the provisions of his Last Will and Testament
<br />to His widow,Anna E.Wilkinson,for her sole use and benefit during the term of her natural
<br />life,with full power given her to s ell,convey or trade said property and to use the proceeds
<br />and income therefrom as she may see fit,the remainder at her death to descend at Lola Peden
<br />and William L.Wilkinson,children of the testator,in equal shares,an undivided one -third
<br />part thereof to each of them.
