<br />do hereby,make,publish and declare this,my last will and testament ;hereby revoking all f

<br />I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be first paid out of my estate.

<br />To my beloved wife,Anna E. Wilkinson ,I,hereby,give,grant,devise and bequeath for life with
<br />remainder over after her death to my beloved ehildren,Lola Peden and William L.Wilkinson,all
<br />the property of any and all natures whatsoever both real,personal and mixed of which I may d
<br />possessed. I,hereby,grant to my said wife,Anna B.Wilkinson,full power and authority to sell,
<br />trade or otherwise despose of during her life any of the property given,granted,devised or
<br />bequeathed to her for life and to use the income therefrom or principal thereof in any manne
<br />she may see'' fit and to execute bills of sale,eonveyances,transfere.or deeds therefor,with t
<br />same power and effecaoy as t,myself,might do.It is my intention that only such property as s
<br />have not been sold ot'- .otherwise disposed of by my said wife shall pass to the remainderm=
<br />and only the proceeds from the sale of any such property which shall remaingangpended by my
<br />said wife shall pass to such remaindermen.
