The Court further finds that said Jesse Brown departed this life at his place of re- silence in Hall County,Nebraska,on the 16th day of December,1924 ;that he was immediately preceding his death,a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska ;that a petition was i; filed for the appointment of an administratrix.,and the said Lizzie Brown was duly appointed and qualified as such. The Court further finds that the said Jesse Brown died seized as the owner of an undivided i 2/21 interest in and to the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (Sf SEJ NEJ) of Section 4,Township ll,North,Range 9,Nest of the 6th P.M.in Hall County, Nebraska,subjeot to the homestead interest of Lizzie Brown,and subject to a mortgage in favor of Julia Blunk." The Court further finds that the said Jesse Brown left surviving him as his sole andonly heirs- at- law,his moth er,Lizzie Brown ;that his father,Josiah Brown,preceded him in death ' and that the said Josiah Brown died seized the owner of the aforesaid described real estate, leaving as his sole and only heirs - air-- law,Lizzie Brown,widow,age 55 years ;Oarl Brown,a son, age 35 years ;Olive Rowe,a daughter,33 years of age; Rboda Kilpatrick,a daughter,27 years of age ;William Brown,a son,29 years of age-Flossie Pawl4aki,a daughter,24 years of age;Homer E; Brown,a son 21 years of age and Jesse Brown,a son,now deceased,and that upgnthe death of the said Josiah Brown,said real estate passed and descended by operation of law to the above named heirs as follows: To Lizzie Brown,one -third (J) interest and to each of the children above named,a 2121 interest,each subject to the right of homestead therein which passed and descended to the said Lizzie Brown,suJiving widow of said deceased. The Court further finds that the 2121 interest in and to the above described premises belonging Vo the said Jesse Brown,deeeased,passed and descended to his mother,the sole and only surviving,-heir-at-law. The Court further finds that said estate was not subject to inheritance tax under the laws of the State of Nebraska;that there was no personal property for the payment od debts and expenses and that the Administratrix has paid the court expenses and attorneys fees herein;that no claims were filed against said estate and that the funeral expenses have been paid heretofore by Lizzie Brown,mother of said deoeased ;that said estate ought to be closed and the Administratrix discharged. The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the t6me and place fixed for filing claims against the estate of Jesse Brown,deceased,and that the time so fixed has fully expired and all persons having claims against the said estate, if any such there be,and not filed herein,are forever barred and precluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against the said estate.The Court finds that no claims have been filed herein. IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Lizzie Brown,Administratrix of the Estate of Jesse Brown,deeeased,be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for her final report and that said administratrix is hereby discharged, and her bond released and said estate is hereby settled and closed. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT,that all persons having claims against the estate of Jesse Brown,deceased,if any such there be,are fore -ever barred and precluded from setting up or asserting such claim against said estate. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the real estate and interest therein, to- wit :An undiVdded 2/21 interest in and to the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (Sf SEJ, NEJ) of section Four (4),Township Eleven (11) North,Range Nine (9), Oest of the 6th P.M.in Hall County,Nebraska,subject to the homestead interest of LizzL e
