<br />son,age 29 years,Flossie Pawliski,daughter,age 24,Homer Brown,son,age 21 years,and Jesse Brow
<br />now deoeased,said Jesse Brown died on the 16th day of Deoember,1924,in Hall County,Nebraska,
<br />that the above described real estate passed and descended upon the death of Josiah Brown,
<br />deoeased,as follows: To Lizzie Brown,surviving widow,an undivided one -third interest and to
<br />Carl Brown,Olive Rowe,Rhoda Kilpatriok,William Brown,Flossie Pawlisti,Homer Brown,and Jesse
<br />I
<br />Brown,an undivided 2 /21st interest eaoh,and to their heirs and assigns subject only to the
<br />use of said premises during her natural life as her homestead which passed and descended to V
<br />said Lizzie Brown,surviving widow of said deceased,and the same is hereby awarded to them
<br />as provided by the laws of descent of the State of Nebraska,that all of the debts of said
<br />estate are paid or forever barred and precluded and that further administration of his estate,
<br />is hereby dispensed with and said estate is settled and forever closed.

<br />Now on this 14th day of April,1927,this cause came on for hearing on the final report
<br />of Lizzie Brown,Administratrix of said estate and the Court having examined the records and flies
<br />and being �.ully advised in the premises finds that due and legal notice has been given to all
<br />persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for the hearing upon said report
<br />as heretofore ordered by the Court.
<br />And the Court having examined the final report together with all other files and testimOnyl
<br />offered in support thereof ,finds that said report is true and correct in all things and ought
<br />i to be allowed and approved as and for the final report of said Administratrix.
