<br />J.L.Oleary,attesting witnesses,and that said instrument was executed by said Testatrix when
<br />she was of sane and disposing mind and that said instrument was duly executed according to
<br />(6). The Court further found that.said Emma Limbaugh was a resident of Keith County,Ne
<br />at the date of her death,and ordered that.said last Will and Testament be admitted to probate)
<br />allowed,established and to have full force and effect as the last Will and Testament of said
<br />Emma Limbaugh,Deceased.Also entered an Order appointing J.G.Limbaugh,as Executor of said Will
<br />upon his giving Bond in the sum of $9,000.00.
<br />(7).The Court further finds that on the 9th day of April,1926,that a Certificate of probat
<br />of the said Last Will and Testament of Emma Limbaugh,deceased,was attached to said Will,whioh
<br />said last Will and Testament of Emma Limbaugh and the Certificate attached thereto are in
<br />and figures following,towit;-
<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF EMU LIMBAUGH.
<br />I,Emma Limbaugh,of Grand Island,Hall Oounty,Nebraska,being of sound mind and disposing
<br />do make and publish this.my.last will and Testament ,by it revoking all former wills by me
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that my Executor hereinafter named,pay all of my just debts,including the
<br />of admitting this Will to probate and administering my Estate,from my personal property.If th�
<br />be insufficient I authorize my said Executor to sell so much of my real estate as may be
<br />neoessary for that purpose,the within being full authority for said Executor to give the neo -'
<br />essary Deed of Transfer without Order from any Court whatsoever.
