<br />Now on this 9th day of May,1927,this cause came on for hearing upon the report and petit
<br />of Charles K.Hart,executor of the estate of William Oonroy,deceased,for final settlement and
<br />distribution and for his discharge as such exeoutor,and the evidenoe,and was submitted to t
<br />Court.
<br />j ON CONSIDERATION WHEREOF the Court finds from the proofs on file,the records and and evade
<br />l.That due and legal notice of this hears was had b
<br />g hearing y publication according to law.
<br />2.That said William Conroy departed this life testate in said county on the 18th day of
<br />Maroh,1924,and was at the time of his death a resident of and domiciled in the county of Adam
<br />!: and state of Nebraska.
<br />3.That on the 2nd day of Apri1,19242a paper writing purporting to be the last will and
<br />I testament of said William Oonroy,deoeased,together with a petit i on praying for the probate o
<br />same,was duly filed in this Court.
<br />4.That on the 29th day of April,1924,after notice ftereof had been duly given according
<br />!! to law,said will was by this Court duly admitted to probate and a decree was entered proving,
<br />approving,probating and allowing said instrument as the last will and testament of said Willi
<br />Conroy,deosased,and directing that Letters Testamentary issue to Charles g.Hart upon his
<br />taking and filing oath as required by law and filing bond in the sun of One Thousand Dollars,
<br />with sureties to be approved by this Court.
