<br />Now,on this 7th day of May,1927,this cause came on for hearing upon the petition of Emil
<br />Stolley,a brother of said deceased,an d theowner of an estate of inheritance by fee simple
<br />title,in the real estate hereinafter described,heretofore filed herein,praying for a finding'`

<br />of the court of the time and place of the death of said deceased,that she died intestate,and'`
<br />for a determination of who were the heirs at law of said deceased at the time of her death,
<br />their degree of kinship to said deceased,a.nd the right of descent of the real estate owned by
<br />said deceased at the time of her death,and for the settlement of said estate,and the court,h4ving
<br />examined the records and files herein,and being fully advised in the premises,finds that due!,?
<br />and legal notice has been given to all persons,including heirs at law and creditors of said
<br />deceased,of the time and place fixed for a hearing upon said petition,by publication for throe
<br />successive weeks in the Grand Island Daily Independent,a legal newspaper published in and of
<br />general circulation in Hall County,Nebraska,as heretofore ordered by the Court,and the Court
<br />having listened to the testimony in support of said petition,and being fully advised in the

<br />premises, finds that the allegations of said petition are true,that the said Otillie Stolley;
<br />departed this life,intestate,in Hall County,Nebraska,on.the 14th day of March,1922,and that
<br />at the time of her death the said Otillie Stolley was a resident and inhabitant of Hall Countly,

<br />Nebraska;that more japan two years have elapsed since the death of the said Otillie Stolley,

<br />deceased,and that no application or petition has ever been filed in the state of Nebraska for; the

<br />appointment of an administrator of her estate,and no administration of her estate has ever boen
<br />had in the state of Nebraska;that William Stolley ,the father of said Otillie Stolley,deceased,
<br />preceded her in death;that Laid Otillie Stolley was never married and was never the mother of
<br />any chilaor children and that she left surviving her,as her heirs at law,and her sole and
<br />it only heir at law,"Vilhelmine Frederika Stolley,her mother;that said Otillie Stolley died seizld
