IT IS,THEREFORE,DRDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all claims filed against said estate have been paid and fully satisfied,and that any claims not so filed,if any such there be, should be and the same are hereby forever barred and precluded. The Court further finds that Christine M.Rickert departed this life on the 4th.day of Apri1,1926,while a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska,and that she left a last will and testament which was duly admitted to probate in this Court on the Sth.day of May, 1926,and is now recorded in this office. That said deceased left surviving her as her heirs,and only heirs at law,Amanda Speetzen, EmmaBehrens,Marie Reese,Otto Rickert,Charles Rickert,Emil Rickert,Christina Haack,her chi and Leona Meves,Edna Meves,Walter Meves and Irma Meves,children of Minnie Meves,a deceased daughter. That at the time of her death,the deceased was possessed of a fee title to the Easterly One -third (j) of Lot Three (3),and all of Lot Two (2),in Block Thirty -three (33) of the Origi Town,now City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,and that she possessed personal property consisting of household goods as shown by the inventory. That according to the provisions of the last will and testament of said deceased,all of the real estate above described was devised to Hugo Meves,with directions to sell the same and to pay the expense of such sale and the expense of probating the estate,and the legacy provided in said will,and to distribute the balance of the proceeds in equal shares to Amanda Speetzen,Emil Rickert,Charles Rickert,Emma Behrens Marie Reese,Otto Rickert,Christina Haack,and the children of Minnie Meves. The Court finds that said Executors has delivered to Charles Rickert the furniture and other personal property belonging to the deceased as provided in said will,and that he has sold the real estate belonging to the deceased,and has paid all debts of the estate,including $100.00 to the City of Grand Island,for the permanent care of the cemetery lot,and expense of administration,and has divided the remaining proceeds into eight equal parts and haspaid one part thereof to Amanda Speetzen,one part to Emil Rickert,one part to Charles Rickert, one part to Emma Behrens,one part to Marie Reese,one part to Otto R�.kertbhe part to Christina Haack,and one part to Leona Meves,Edna Meves,Walter Meves and Irma Meves,children of Minnie Meves,and that said estate is now fully administered. IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Lot Two (2) and the Easterly One -third (1) of Lot Three (3) in Block Thirty -three (33),Original Town,now City of Grand Island,Nebras did pass and descend under the provisions of said last will and testament to Hugo Meves in trust,to sell said real estate,and that said Hugo Meves did sell said real estate and that he has paid the legacy of $400.00 to Charles Rickert;that he has paid the City of Grand Island the sum of $100.00 for the permanent care of the eemetery lot;that he has paid all debts and expenses of administering said estate,and divided the remaining proceeds into eight e parts,and has paid one part to Amanda Speetzen,one part to Emil Rickert,one part to Charles Rickert,one part to Emma Behrens,one part to Marie Reese,one part to Otto Rickert, one part to Christina Haack,and one part to Leona Meves,Edna Meves,Walter Meves and Irma Meves,childre of Minnie Meves,deceased,and said sale and distribution is hereby approved and confirmed and the sums so paid to the respective heirs and legatees is awarded to them to have and to hold, to them and their heirs forever,and said estate is closed,and the Executor,mpon his filing receipts showing distribution as herein provided,is discharged,add his bond released. :H-Mullin County Judge.
