S.That the administration account of said administratrox is correct and the same should be settled and allowed;that the personal assets of said estate in her possession are exempt from execution and should be assigned to said widow. 9.That the value of share of said estate passing to any one heir is less than ten thousand dollars and there is no inheritance tax due from said estate.
