<br />Now,towit,on this 15th day of August,A.D.11924,this matter came on for hearing on the
<br />petition of Sophie J.Boelter,the administratrix of said estate,praying for a final settlement
<br />and allowance of her account filed in this court on the 2nd day of August,1924,and for other
<br />relief,and the evidence,and the court being fully advised in the premises,find8:-
<br />1.That all debts of said decedent,the funeral charges and expenses of administration,have bee
<br />paid.

<br />2.That notice to creditors to file thtir claims and demands against said estate,has been given,
<br />as by law required,and no claims have been f iled;that all claims against said estate,if any
<br />there be,are forever barred.
<br />3.That due and legal notice of the time and place of this hearing has been given and proof
<br />thereof is now on file in this court.
<br />4.That said Carl W.Boelter,deceased,died intestate,being a resident and an inhabitant of sai
<br />county;that he was survived by his wife and four children,all of whom were of legal age at
<br />the d ate of his decease,and who constitute his sole and only heirs at law;that the names,r

<br />5.That said Sophie J.Boelter,widow of decedent,is the mother of all the children of said deceased.
<br />6.That said intestate died seised of an estate of inheritance in and to the following descr bed
<br />real estate,towit:-
<br />Lot Four (4) in Block Seventeen (17) of the original town,now city of Grand Island,Hall
<br />County,Nebraska.
<br />Lot Sixty -two (62) in Benson Gardens,as surveyed,platted and recorded,in Douglas County,
<br />Nebraska,and
<br />Lot Twenty -six (26) of the Griffes tract,according to the map of said tract recorded in
<br />Book 11,Page 46 of the Mjscellaneous records of Los Angeles,California,such lot being located.

<br />7.That the title to the above described real estate,upon the death of said intestate,descend�d
