<br />I� IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court,that all persons are forever
<br />barred from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of said Joshua

<br />I� C.Wilson and said estate is fully settled and closed.

<br />!: The Court further finds that the said Administrator has received in cash from all sources

<br />the sum of #123.95;that it has expended in cash on account of costs and expenses of admin-
<br />istration and for support of the widow during the administr%tion,the full sum of $123.95 and
<br />f that,therefore,all the cash which has come into the hands of said Administrator,has been ex-
<br />pended.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the payments made by said Administrator
<br />as in its report shown,are approved and allowed.
<br />The Court finds that the said estate is not subject to inheritance tax under the Laws of
<br />the State of Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Joshua C.Wilson departed this life on the 23rd day
<br />of February,1926,being at the time,a resident, of Hall Couaty,Nebrask a;that he died intestate;
<br />that he left surviving him as his only heirs- at- law,the following named persons,to -wit:
<br />Elizabeth Wilson,his widow,the said Elizabeth Wilson not being the mother of the children
<br />hereinafter named;
<br />Albert S.Wilson,a son,of Clay County,Nebraska;
<br />Scott Wilson,a son,of Clay County,Nebraska,
<br />Maude Labrie,a daughter,of Redwillow County;Nebraska;
<br />Lola Prince,a daughter,of Haxtum,Phillips County,Colorado;
<br />Chandler Wilson,a son,of Lincoln County,Nebraska;
<br />Mildred Wilson,a grand- daughter,being the only child of Harry P.Wilson,a deceased son
<br />of the said Joshua C.Wilson,deceased,whose last, known address was Omaha,Douglas County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />The Court finds that the said Joshua C.Wilson,deoeased,was at the time of his death,'
<br />the owner of the following described real estate,situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />An undivided one -half interest in and to Lots Two (2) and Four (4) in Block Five (5) of
<br />College Addition to Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />The Court finds that under the provisions of the law of descent of the State of Nebraska,
<br />the real estate above described,did pass and descend on the death of the said Joshua C.
<br />Wilson,deceased,in the manner following: To Elizabeth Wilson,his widow,an undivided one -
<br />fourth interest therein and to each of the other named heirs- at- law,namely: Albert S.Wilson,
<br />Scott Wilson, Muade Labrie,Lola Prince,Chaddler Wilson and Mildred Wilson,an undivided one -
<br />eighth interest therein,all subjeot,however,to the #omestead rights and estate of the said
<br />Elizabeth Wilson,widow of said deceased.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,CONSIDERED BY THE COURT that on the death of the said Joshua C.Wilson,
<br />deeeased,the real estate hereinbefore desoribed,to- wit: An undivided one -half interest in
<br />and to Lots Two (2) and Four (4) in Block Five (5) of College Addition to Grand Island,Hall
<br />County,Nebraska,did pass and descend under the,laws of descent of the State of Nebraska,in
<br />the manner following,to -wit: To Elizabeth Wilson,his widow,an undivided one - fourth interest
<br />therein and to Albert S.Wilson,Scott Wilson,Maude Labrie,Lola Prince,Chandler Wilson and
<br />Mildred Wilson,each an undivided one - eighth interest therein,subject,however to the home-
<br />stead interest and estate of the said Elizabeth Wilson,widow.
