I� Additionalor Supplemental Report of Executrix. li Comes now Anna Schumann,Executrix of said estate and respectfully shows and reports to the Court that she has complied with the order of the Court of July 27th 1920 and of October 19th 1920,in that she has paid to the County Judge the sum of $24.70. County Treasurer of Sherman County,Nebraska,the said sum of $24.10 Inheritance Tax,to the County Treasurer i I of Hall County,the said sum of Fifty Cents,to J.S.Pedler,attorney fee $25.00,To George L. i Loomis,Internal Revenue Collected of the State of Nebraska,the National Inheritance Tax in the sum of $101.95,and to lerself as the widow of the deceased,the sum of $1000.00 as i s allowed by the Court,and as such Executrix assigned the Government Stamps and Bonds in the j sum of $1200.00 to your petitioner as per the order of the Court. Your petitioner further informs the Court that there are no funds belonging to said jestate and that all the funds in said estate were exhausted before the order of October 19th 1920 was made by the Court but that she paid such sums out of her own funds and hereby i {� and herein waives any re- embursement of said sums and waives any right to have same as a charge against said estate. P Your petitioner informs the Court that owing to the stringency in the Money Market there is no sale for real estate at the present time and she has been unable to sell said land lat its real value that distribution of the proceeds thereof might be made as per tUe terms I of the bill. Your petitioner further informs the Court that she has delivered to herself as benefioi- ary under the will the personal estate as per the order of the Court and the Northwest Quarter of Section Thirty Two (32) Township Thirteen (i3) North Range Thirteen (13) West of the 6th P.M.In said County as per the order of the Court and is in possession of the residue of said land as Executrix and in trust for herself and the other heirs. Your petitioner further informs the Court that all things necessary to the full adminis- tration of said estate has been had,and she is entitled to her discharge as such executrix as to the creditors and all othersinterested in said estate,except the heirs,and that she and her bondsmen should be released from all liability except to the heirs of beneficiaries under the will. Wherefore your petitioner prays for an order that all things necessary to the full admin- istration of said has been had and for an order,discharging her and her bondsmen from fur- ther liability,except as to the heirs and beneficiaries under the will,and that the residue of said real estate be retained by her as executrix,in trust for herself and the other heirs as provident by the will of the deceased and that she be allowed such time by the Court as may be necessary to se4and dispose of the residue of said real estate and for such other andfurther relief as may be equitable and necessary to carry out the full purpose and in- tenr of the testator.
