292 IVII-11 A-ALDE DIRIVEM-RUE-J, %iSBi -STATE JOURNAL COMPANY. LINCOLN. NEB. Dated this 27th day of July 1920. (SEAL) E.A.Smith County Judge. s In the County Court of Sherman County,Nebraska. In the Matter of the Estate of Emil Schumann,Deeeased. And now on this 19th,day of October 1920 comes the Executrix of said estate and presents to the Court vouchers showin; that she has complied with the carder of this court of July 27th 1920,and has paid as ordered the balance of County CourtAin this case and allowance of $1000.,00 for support of widow during administration the State Inheritance tax and as assessed against said estate by this eourt,and also the National Inheritance assessed against this estate,and the Court finding the final account as amended herewith to be correct and true and that same have been paid by Executrix and that account should be allowed. It is therefore ordered,Adjudged and Decreed that said account be and hereby is allowed as and for the final account of said executrix. This cause then came on to be heard on said petition for an order of distribution of the residue of personal property in this estate,of possession of the real estate and discharge of said Executrix. The court finds that said Emil Schumann departed this life on the 4th,day of October 1919,, that he left a last will and testament which has been duly Probated,allowed and established by this court as the last will and testament of said deceased. The Court also finds that the heirs at law of said deceased are as stated in petition filed in this Court in this estate on the lat day of December 1919.that by the terms of said last Will,that all residue of personal property was given and devised to Anna M.Schumann,widow of said deceased also that said widow was given devised and bequeathed the north west quarter of section thirty two in Township Fifteen,north of Range Thirteen,west of the 6th,P.M.in Sherman County Nebraska.and that the other real estate of which said deceased died seized and possessed of be sold and the pro_ ceeds thereof be divided as follows,Half to said Anna M.Schumann,and the balance to William Schumann,Henry Schumann,Gesina Bade,Louis Schumann,Ernest Schumann,children of said deceased and to be divided amongst said children share and share alike,the Court further finds that the remaining real estate to be so divided is as follows,to- wit;the N.W.I" of Seo.31-Twp 15 R&,.13, S.W.J" of Sec 30- Twp-15 Rg-,i13S.E -C of Seo- 30-Twp 15 Rg -13 all of above described three quarters of land being situated in Sherman County,Nebraska,and also Lots Eleven and Twelve in Block Ono, and situated in Grand Island,Nebraska. The Court finds that there remains in the hands of said Executrix all of the personal property described in the inventory filed herein on the 29th,day of May 1920 except item of money. The court finds that all things necessary and required by law have been had and done in the Administration of this estate and that said Executrix and who is the same person as Anna M. Schumann widow of deceased is one and the same person and in possession of said N.W.J "oaf Sec 32,15 -13 and of all residue of personal property. It is therefore hereby ordered that said Executrix proceed and pay,assign and deliver to said Anna M. §ohumann,widow of said deceased all residue of personal property and also said N.W.,° of Sec 32 T.15 Rg- 13.and the remaining real estate asper the terms of said will and findings of this Court in this decree. And the Court finding that same has been done,It is therefore Ordeoed Adjudged and Decreed by this Court that the administration of this estate be and hereby is closed and determined and said Executrix retained only for the purpose of selling and deviding the proceeds derived from the sale of said land,and that when vouchers are presented showing that same has been done,that said Executrix will be discharged.
