<br />And,the evidence touching the premises being maturely eonsidered,the Court finds that said
<br />instrument is dL ly proved,and should be allowed as the last Will and Testament of said de-
<br />ceased.but that the attached codicel attached thereto should not.-be allowed.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by this Court,that said instrument was duly
<br />executed,and that the same is genuine and valid,and that said last Willand Testament be ad-
<br />mitted to probate,allowed,established,and have full ford'e and effect,as the last Will and
<br />Testament of said deceased;and as a will of real and personal estate,and that the same be
<br />recorded as required by law,but that codicil to will be not allowed.
<br />And it is further Ordered-,that the execution of said Will be committed and the administra-
<br />tion of the Estate of said deceased be granted to said Anna Schumann the executrix in said
<br />Will named,who is ordered to give bond,as provided by law,in the penal sum of One Thousand
<br />Dollars,with sufficient sureties,as required by the statute in such case made and provided,
<br />and upon the same being duly approved and filed,the Letters Testamentary do issue in the
<br />premises.
<br />And it is Further Ordered,that the proper certificate of Probate,duly signed by the
<br />County Judge,and authenticated by the Seal of his office,be attached to said last will and
<br />testament.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand ,and affixed the Seal of the said County

<br />I,Emil Schumann of Ashton in the County of Sherman,State of Nebraska being of sound mind
<br />and memory,and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life,do therefore
<br />make,ordain,publish and declare this to be my last fill ;nd Testament:
<br />First,I order and direct that my Executrix hereinafter named,pay all my just debts and
<br />funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />Seoond,After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts,I give,devise and bequeath
<br />To my beloved wife Anna M.Schumann; all of the personal property of which I may be possessed
<br />at the time of my death.
<br />Third I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Anna M.Schumann All of North west Quarter
<br />of section Thirty two (32) in Township fifteen (15) North of Range Thirteen (13) West of the
<br />6" P.M.
<br />_Fourth I order and direct,That all the other Real Estate of which I may be posesed at
<br />the time of my Death be sold and the proceeds thereof be divided as follows,Half to my be-
<br />loved wife Anna M.Schumann,and the balance to my beloved children William Schumann,Hpnry
<br />Schumann,Gesena Bade ,Louis Schumann Ernest Schumann,all share. and share alike.
<br />Lastly,I make,constitute and appoint My belovedwife Anna M.Schumann to be Executrix of
<br />this my last Will and Testament ,hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.
<br />In Witness Whereof,I have hereanto subscribed my name and affixed my seal,the 22nd day
<br />of July in the year of our Lord,one thousand nine hundred Eighteen
