<br />Anna Schumann filed in this Court on the 1 ,st day of December 1919,Present in Court Anna
<br />Sohumann,petitioner and widow of said deceased,Earnest Schumann and Will Schumann both sons
<br />of deceased.
<br />The court finds that due and legal notice has been had of the pendency and time and place
<br />of hearing on said petition as per the order of this Court of date December 1st last past.
<br />And upon the application of all parties present,and for the purpose of securing the tests -
<br />mony of witnesses to the execution of the will of deceased,this cause hereby is continued to
<br />the 7th,day of January 1920. at 10 o'clock A.M.

<br />At a session of the County Court held at the County Court room in Loup City,in said county,
<br />on the 7th,day of January A.D.1920;Present E.A.Smith,Count y Judge.
<br />In the Matter of the Estate of Emil Schumann,deoeased.
<br />This day having been assigned by the order of said Court for #earing the petition of
<br />Anna Schumann,praying,among other things,for the Probate of the instrument heretofore filed
<br />on the 14th.day of November 1919,in this Court,purporting to be the last will and testament
<br />ofsaid deceased.
<br />It appearing to the Court by due proof on file,that the order of this Court,touching the
<br />hearing of said petition,made on the lst,day of December last past.has been duly served and
<br />published as therein directed,whereby all parties interested in the premises were duly notified
<br />of said hearing.
<br />Anna Schumann,William Schumann,H.W.Ojendyke & Albert Anderstrom were duly sworn and examined,
<br />and the court finds all allegations in said petition to be true.
<br />From the evidence introduced the Court finds that said Emil Schumann departed this life on
<br />the 4th,day of October 1919;that said deceased signed said written instrument on the 22nd.day'
<br />of July 1919,and did then and therein the County of Sherman and State of Nebraska publish
<br />and declare the said instrument to be his last Will and testament,and that H.W.Ojendyke and .#,.,
<br />Albert Anderstrom subscribing witnesses,at the same time,attested the same,and subscribed their
<br />names as witnesses thereto in the presend'e of each other and of the said testator and at his
<br />request,and that he was then of sane mind,and that said witnesses were duly qualified and
<br />competent witnesses to said instrument.
