<br />That by the terms and provisions of the said Last Will and Testament the said real estate ;!
<br />did pass and descend by absolute title to Belle Hansen,widow of said deceased.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,CONSIDERED by the Court that under the terms and provisions of the Last
<br />Will and Testament of the said Peter Hansen,deceased,the above described real estate did pass;
<br />and descend by absolute fee simple title to Belle Hansen,widow of said deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that the within estate is not subject to any inheritance tax
<br />under the laws of the State of Nebraska.

<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF SHERMAN COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />To the Hon.E.A.Smith,County Judge:
<br />THE PETITION OF Anna Schumann who is of the age of twenty -one years and upwards,of the
<br />County of Sherman,State of Nebraska,respectfully shows:
<br />That Emil Schumann late of Ashton in the - County of Sherman departed this life at Ashton
<br />County of Sherman State of Nebraska on the 4th,day of October A.D.1919,leaving a last will
<br />and testament,as your petitioner is informed and believes that your petitioner is the widow
<br />of the d eceased;that said last will aid testament is now on file in this court,having been
<br />filed herein on the 14th,day of November A.D.1919;that said deceased was.at and immediately
<br />prj;8r to his d eath,an inhabitant of Sherman County,State of Nebraska and that he was possessed
<br />of real estate in the State of Nebraska of the value of about $39,000.00 and real estate in
<br />foreign states of the value of about $Nine,and also personal estate,to be administered,and that
<br />theestimated value of the personal property is the sum of $4500.00 or thereabouts,as your
