That on the <br />19th day of July,1926,said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, <br />probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said <br />Peter Hansen,deceased,and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court <br />aforesaid. - <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court <br />this 19 day of July 1926. <br />(SEAL) <br />J.H.Mullin <br />County Judge. <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY NEBRASKA <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE <br />OF FINAL DECREE <br />PETER HANSEN,DECEASED. <br />Now on this 21st day of Apri1,1927,this cause came on to be heard on the final report of <br />Belle Hansen,Executrix under the Last Will and Testament of the said Peter Hansen,deceased <br />and it appearing to the Court from the proof on file that notice has been given to all in- <br />terested persons in said estate of the filing of said report as required by law and by the <br />order of this Court,and it further appearing to the Court,after a full examination,that <br />the account exhibited by said Executrix is correct in all things and ought to be approved <br />and allowed and it further appearing that said Executrix has accounted for all of said a state <br />which has come into her hands. <br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of the said Belle Hansen, <br />Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of said Peter Hansen,deceased,be and the same is <br />approved and allowed as and for her final report. <br />The Court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of said estate in the manne <br />provided by law of the time and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of said <br />deeeased;that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired ;that all claims filed <br />aqd allowed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied;that the funeral expenses <br />of said deceased and the costs of administering said estate have been fully paid and that <br />all outstanding claims against said estate not filed,if any such there be,are forever barred <br />and excluded. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons are forever <br />barred from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the Estate of the said Peter <br />Hansen,deceased,and that said estate is fully settled and closed. <br />The Court finds that the said Peter Hansen departed this life on the 9th day of June, <br />1926,leaving a Last Will and Testament which was duly admitted to probate on the 16th day of <br />August,1926;that the said Peter Hansen,at the time of his death,was a resident and inhabitant <br />6f the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska. <br />The Court finds that the said Peter Hansen,deceased,died seized as the owner in fee simple <br />of the following described real estate situated in Hall County,to -wit: <br />"Lot Six (6) in Block Thirty -one (31) in Russell Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand <br />I Bland ,Nebraska; <br />Lot Ten (10) in Block Thirty (30) in Russell Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island,Nebraska, <br />and the following described real estate situated in Howard County,Nebraska,to -wit: <br />The Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE.�'SEJ) of Section Thirty -six (36) in <br />
