<br />WILL,CERTIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE
<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF PETER HANSEN.
<br />I,Peter Hansen,of Grand Island Hall County,Nebraska,being of sound mind and disposing
<br />memory,do make and publish this,my last will and testament,by it revoking all former wills
<br />by me made.
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that my Exeoutrix,hereinafter named,pay all of my just debts,inoluding the
<br />expenses of my last sickness and death,and the costs and expenses of admitting this will
<br />to probate and closing my estate,frommy personal property,as soon after my death as can be
<br />conveniently arranged. In the event that my personal estate shall not be sufficient to pay
<br />such debts,I authorize my executrix to sell so much of ray real estate as may be necessary
<br />for that purpose ,the within being her full and complete authority to make necessary deeds
<br />of transfer without authority from any court whatsoever.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give,devise,and bequeath unto my beloved wife,Belle Hansen,all of my property,both real,
<br />and personal,of whatsoever kind or description and wherever located,of which I may die seized,
<br />to be by her held absolutely.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I name,nominate,and appoint my wife,Belle Hansen,executrix of this,my last will and testa -»

<br />ment,and direct that she be not required to furnish bond in that capacity.
