<br />Iri the Matter of the Estate of FINAL DECREE.
<br />William G.F sher Deceased.
<br />r, Now on this 25th day of March,1927,this cause came on for hearing before the court upon
<br />I the pet&on of Thomas A.Cox,administrator of the estate of the d eceased,for final settlement,

<br />j and the court finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in
<br />j the manner and form provided by law,and that no objections have been filed thereto.
<br />The court finds that William G.Fisher departed this life intestate on the 23rd day of
<br />October,1926,in the City of Galveston,in the State of Texas,being at the time a resident
<br />and a citizen of Buffalo County,in the State of Nebraska,that the deceased died seized and
<br />possessed of personal property as shown by the inventory filed herein.

<br />That the deceased died seized and possessed of the title in fee to the East Twenty-
<br />four (24) feet of Lot Five (5),Bond's subdivision in the Village of Elm Creek,in Buffalo
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />And the East half of Lots Two Hundred and Thirty -nine (239),Two Hundred and Forty (244),
<br />and Two Hundred and Forty -one (241),and all of Lot Two Hundred and Forty -two (242),in the
<br />original town of Kearney Junction,now in the City of IKearney,in Buffalo County,Nebraska..
<br />And the West Twenty -two ( 22) feet of Lot Six (6) ,Block Sixty -nine ( 69) ,in the City of
<br />Grand Island,in Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />That William G.Fisher left as his sole and only heirs at law no widow,his son Clarence
<br />E.Fisher,and his daughter Ora G.Cox,both of full legal age,and no others.
<br />That due and legal n6tid'e has been given to all of the creditors of said estate in the
<br />manner and form provided by law,and that all claims filed herein have been paid. That said
<br />estate is not liable for inheritance taxes under the laws of the State of Nebraska,aor for
<br />state taxes under the acts of Congress.That the report of the administrator filed herein is
<br />orrect,that the administrator should assign to the heirs at law above named in equal shares
<br />Ell of the remainder of said personal estate,and that they do take tlee real estate share
<br />and share alike.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED by the court that the report of the administrator filed herein
<br />is true and correct,that the persons above named are the sole and only heirs at law of Will-
<br />iam G.Fisher,who died at the time and place as above set forth,intestate,that said estate
<br />is not liable for inheritance or estate taxes,that all claims not heretofore presented
<br />against said estate are forever barred,that upon fiingreceipts herein that the administra-
<br />tor be discharged.
