<br />and probate of the Last Will and Testament of the said William Kearney,deceased.
<br />The Court finds that the said William Kearney deceased,died seized as the owner in fee
<br />simple of the following described real estate in Hall County,Nebraska,to -wit: Lot Four (4)
<br />in Block Fifty -four (54) in the Original Town now City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska.

<br />The Court finds that the Last Will and Testament of the said-William Kearney,deceased,oper4tes
<br />upon said above described real estate;that the Last Will and Testament was by this Court on tie
<br />7th day of January 1926 allowed and and admitted to probate.
<br />The Court finds that the said William Kearney,died seized as the owner in fee simple of th6,
<br />real estate hereinbefore described which by the terms of said Last Will and Testament was
<br />devised;that by the provisions of said Last Will and Testament,the said Lot Four (4) in Block;'
<br />Fifty -four (54) in the Original Town now City of Grand Island,is devised unto the Continent,al!;
<br />and Commercial Trust and Savings Bank of Chicago,Illinois,as trustee to be used,held and owneO
<br />by the said Trustee and the income therefrom disbursed by the said Trustee in the manner as
<br />in said Will set forth.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,CONSIDERED by the Court that under the terms and provisions of the Last 11

<br />Will and Testament of the said William Kearney,deceased,the above described real estate did
<br />pass and descend unto the Continental and Commercial Trust and Savings Bank of Chicago,Illi-
<br />nois,as Trustee,to be used,held and owned by the said Trustee and the income therefrom dis-
<br />bursed by the said Trustee in the manner and form as in said will set forth.
<br />The Court further finds that the within estate is not subject to any inheritance tax under':,
<br />the laws of the State of Nebraska.
