<br />and erecting a suitable monument on my grave,I authorize my wife,MARY GAHAN KEARNEY,to

<br />expend any amount of money up to the sum of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (2,500) DOLLARS,which
<br />sum shall be paid unto my said wife by my Executor hereinafter named and shall be charged against
<br />my estate as a part of the costs of administration.

<br />(6)Before entering unto marriage with my wife,MARY GAHAN KEARNEY,an antenuprial agreement
<br />was made between us in and which agreement PAGE ONE. William Kearney (SEAL)
<br />the said MARY GAHAN released and discharged my estate from any and all claims,it being provided
<br />in and by the said agreement that there should be paid to the said MARY GAHAN within one yeas!
