<br />I,Sarah I.Schooley,of Wood River,in the County of Hall,State of Nebraska,being of sound mind
<br />and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life,do therefore mak
<br />ordain,publish and d elcare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT.
<br />FIRST,1 order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named,pay all my just debts and funeral
<br />expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND,After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts,I give,devise and bequeath to my
<br />grand- daughter,Fern Schooley,my residence property,consisting of the West Half,Lot two (2)
<br />all of lot three (3) in blk.2 in Dodd and Marshall's Addition to the Town of Wood River,Nebra
<br />together with all the improvements thereon. Also all my household furniture and equipment and
<br />my clothing and personal belongings.
<br />THIRD,I bequeath to my grandsons,Jay Wescoatt and Rilpy Wescoatt,the sum of Hive Dollars each
