Now on this 29 day of March,1927,this cause came on gor hearing upon the final report of
<br />Mary Josephine Fritts,executrix,under the Last -Will and Testament of Thomas H.Fritts,deceased
<br />and the court having examined the records and files and being fully advised in the premises,
<br />finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate cff ti
<br />time and place fixed for hearing upon said report,as heretofore ordered by the Court.
<br />And the Court having examined the final report,together with all other records and files,
<br />and the testimony offered in support thereof,finds that said report is true and correct in
<br />all things and ought to be allowed and approved as and.for the final report of said executri'
<br />The Court further finds that the said Thomas H.gritts,departed this life on the 28th day
<br />of May,1926 at Oakland,Nebraska,that on the date of his death said Thomas H.Fritts was a re - {'
<br />sident and inhabitant of Grand Isiand,Hall County,Nebraska;that on the 7th day of June,1926., E'
<br />a petition was filed in said Court to admit said will to probate and for letters testamentary;,
<br />and upon the hearing of said pet.itidn,said will was admitted to probate and letters testamentary
<br />were issued to Mary Josephine Fritts,under the provisions of said will and she,the said Mary h.
<br />Josephine Fritts,qualified as executrix under said last will and testament. I
<br />The Court further finds that said estate was not subject to inheritance tax under the lawsjj
<br />of the State of Nebra.ska,that the funeral expenses and costs of administering said estate an
<br />all claims filed against said estate have been paid.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the ti
<br />and place for filing claims against the estate of Thomas H.Fritts,deceased,and that the time
<br />so fixed has fully expired and that all persons having claims against the estate of Thomas
<br />i
<br />H.Fritts,deceased,if any such there be and not filed herein,are foreber barred and excluded
<br />from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that under the Last Will and Testament of the said Thomas H.Fritts
<br />deceased,all property,real and personal,passed and descended to Mary Josephine Fritts,tidow.
<br />The Court further finds that said Thomas H.Fritts died seized in fee simple of the followi;
<br />described real estate,to -wit:
<br />The Westerly 118 feet by 132 feet of Lot Two (2) of the County sub - division of the South
<br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE�.SWJ) of Section Sixteen (16) Township Eleven (11) ,Rangei
<br />j;
<br />Nine (9),West of the 6th P.M.and all of Fractional Lot Six (6) Westerly of the Easterly feet Of
<br />Lot Six (6) in Block One Hundred Twenty (120) of Koenig & Wiebe's '&ddition to the City of
<br />Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />An undivided one -fifth interest in and to Lot Five (5) of A.J.Clark's sub - division of Lots
<br />One (1) and Two (2) of Block Fifty (50) according to the recorded plat of South Omaha,Douglas;!
<br />County,Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate is not subject to inheritance tax under the laws
<br />of the State of Nebraska.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the final report of said Mary Josephine
<br />Fritts,executrix,under the Last Will and Testament of said Thomas H.Fritts,deceased,be and the
<br />same is hereby approved and allowed as and fcr her final report and said executrix is hereby
<br />discharged and her bond released and said estate is hereby settled.and closed.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court that all persons having claims aga�nst
<br />the estate of Thomas H.Fritts,deceased,if any such there be,are forever barred,enjoined and p�e-
<br />eluded from setting up or asserting such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the real estate described as follows:
