<br />WILL AND DECREE
<br />LAST WILL AND T$STAMENT OF THOMAS H.FRITTS.
<br />I,Thomas H.Fritts,of Grand Island,Nebraska,being of sound mind and disposing memory,do
<br />make,publish,and declare this to be my last will and testament as follows:
<br />FIRST.

<br />I direct:that all of my just debts,including the expenses of my last illness and burial,
<br />be first paid out of my estate.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give,devise,and bequeath unto my beloved wife,Mary Josephine Fritts,all on my property,
<br />real personal and mixed,whereever the same may be,of which I may die possessed.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I name,nominate,and appoint my wife,Mary Josephine Fritts,Executrix of t his,my last will
<br />and testament,and hereby revoke all former wills made by me.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF,I have hereunto signed my name to this instrument as my last will
<br />and testament on this day of May,1926.

<br />1926,said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly.proved,probated and
<br />allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Thomas H.
<br />Fritts,deceased,and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid
