<br />that all of the above named are more than 21 years of age and that the above mentioned Mary
<br />Watson ,widow ,of said deceased,is thetmother of all of the above mentioned children.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Robert R.Watson,was at the time of his death,the
<br />owner of the following described real estate situated in Hall County,Nebraska,to -wit:
<br />The Westerly 213 of Lot Seven (7) in Block Sixty -seven (67) of the Original Town,now City
<br />of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska;
<br />The Southerly one -half of Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block Fourteen (14),of Arnold-. &
<br />Abbott's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />The Court finds that under the provisions of the law of descent of the State of Nebraska,
<br />all of the real estate above described,did pass and descend on the death of the said Robert
<br />R.Watson,deceased,in the manner following:
<br />To Mary M.Watson,�- Apart thereof in fee simple;

<br />To Jennie P.Watson,an undivided 2 /9part thereof in fee simple title;
<br />To Mary W.Zook,an undivided 219 part thereof in fee simple title;
<br />To Bert E.Watson,an undivided 2/9 part thereof in fee simple title . ,
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,CONSIDERED BY THE COURT,that on the death of the said Robert R.Watson,de-
<br />ceased,the real estate hereinafter described,to -wit:
<br />The Westerly 2/3 of Lot Seven (7) in Block Sixty -seven (67) of the Original Town,now City
<br />of Grand Island,Nebraska,

<br />M.Watson,widow,an undivided one -third interest thereinto Jennie P.Watson,daughter,an undividi
<br />two- ninths interest therein;to Mary W.Zook,daughter,an undivided two- ninths interest therein
<br />to Bert E.Watson,a son,an undivided two - ninths interest therein,all as tenants in common.
