<br />13th day of March 1926,the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Charle
<br />Shultz,deceased,was filed for probate'in this Court. That on the 8th day of April 1926,said
<br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated and allowed as the
<br />last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Charles Shultz,deceased,and
<br />same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Now on this 27th day of October,1926,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report;
<br />of William L.Sprague,administrator with the will annexed of Charles Shultz,deceased,and,the I
<br />petition of said administrator that said estate be settled and closed and it appearing grom .

<br />the proofs on file in this court,that legal notice,as by law an d the orders of this court
<br />required,has been given to all parties int erested,of the filing of said report and the time
<br />for hearing thereon and there being no objections thereto and the oourt,on examination there
<br />finds that the same is in all respects correct and should be allowed and approved;the court
<br />further finds from the proofs on file herein that legal notice,as by law and the order of
<br />this court required,has been given to all persons,having claims against the deceased or said
<br />estate,of the time and place for filing same ;that said time has expired ;that all claims that
<br />have been filed or allowed against said estate have been fully paid;that all debts or claims'
<br />against said estate,not filed or allowed,have been paid and satisfied and that all costs of
<br />administration have been fully paid;that none of the successions to said estate or any part
<br />thereof under the will of deceased and by statute is subject to an inheritance tax,under the
<br />laws of Nebraska,that all persons having claims unfiled against said estate,if any are foreve
<br />barred and precluded from making claim thereon and all such unfiled claims and debts,if
<br />any are barred.
<br />The Court further finds that Kuhneudank Shultz,widow of the d'eceased,is the sole legatee
<br />of all personal_property of which the deceased died possessed,that such personal property
<br />was insufficient to pay the claims against said estate and expenses of administering the saml
<br />and that the same ere paid by money advanced by Kuhneudank Shultz,widow of the deceased and �Ihat
<br />said Kuhneudank Shultz waived any lien or charge upon the real estate of which deceased died'
<br />seized,for the money so advanced by her.
<br />The court further finds that said Charles Shultz,was at the time of his death,the owner
<br />in fee simple of the following described real estate,situate in the County of Hall and Staten

<br />of Nebraska,to-wit:-
<br />The North Half of the Northwest (NJ NWJ) Quarter except two (2) acres in the Northwest j
<br />(NW) corner thereof conveyed heretofore to John S.Donaldson by John G.Schaupp and wife by
<br />warranty deed recorded in Book F,page 613 of the records of said Hall County ;also the North -!
<br />west Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NWJ NE *);also the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest
<br />Quarter (S NWJ) ;also the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (Wi
<br />SE} NWJ),all in Section Fifteen (15),Township No.Ten (10) North of Range No.Eleven (11) West!
<br />of the 6th P.M.containing 178 acres more or less,also a part of the Northeast Quarter of the
