WILL.CERTIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE
<br />I,Charles Shults,of the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,of the post office of the
<br />Village of Wood River,in said county,considering the uncertainty of this mortal life,and

<br />being of sound mind and memory,do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner
<br />and form following,that is to say:
<br />i.I direct that my.funeral charges,the expenses of administering my estate and all my
<br />debts be paid out of my personal property.
<br />2.1 give and bequeath to my beloved wife,Kuhneundank Shultz,familiarly called Kuni Shultz,
<br />all of my personal property of every kind and nature,and the use and control of all of the
<br />real estate of which I may die seized or possessed,of,during her natural life,with the right
<br />to the rents and profits thereof.
<br />3.I give and bequeath all the residue of my estate,real and personal,to my children by
<br />the said wife,Carrie Shutz,Aniie Shipman,Barbara Hilton and Cora Warren,share and.shar.e
<br />alike as tenants in common,to pass to them upon the death of my said beloved wife. In case
<br />any one of my said children should die in my life time leaving issue or descendants,I direct
<br />that her share shall not lapse but shall pass as follows: As to Carrie Shutz,shall pass to
<br />any child or children which may_hereafter,and prior to my wife's death,be born to the said
<br />daughter Carrie Shutz.As to Cora Warren,shall paps to any child or children which may here -
<br />after,and prior to my wife's death,be born to the said daughter Cora Warren. That if the said
<br />daughter Annie Shipman should div prior to the death of my said beloved wife,then I direct
<br />that her share shall not lapse but shall pass to her son Charlie Smith. And if our said
<br />daughter Barbara Hilton should die prior to the death of my said beloved wife,then I direct
<br />that her share shall not lapse but shall pass to her daughters Florence Hilton and Nellie
<br />Hilton. That if the said daughter Carrie Shutz and the said daughter Cora Warren should both
<br />or either die before I do,and prior to the death of my said wife,then I direct that the
<br />respective share of the one so dying,or both if both should die,shall lapse and pass to the
<br />aforesaid children Charlie Smith,Florence Hilton and Nellie Hilton,share and share alike.
<br />4.1 appoint my said beloved wife executrix of this my last will and testament,hereby re-
<br />voking all former wills by me made.
