<br />The Court further finds that more than two years have elapsed since the death of said
<br />deceased;that he died intestate;that his funeral expenses and all other debts have been
<br />fully paid and that all claims or debts of said estate and of said deceased,if any exist,are
<br />forever barred and precluded and the costs of these proceedings have been paid in full.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the said George A.Burger died intestate
<br />as above set forth,more than two years prior to the filing of the petition in this cause;
<br />that no application for the appointment of an Administrator of his estate has ever beenmade
<br />nor has any administration upon his estate been had in the State of Nebraska,nor at any othe

<br />operation of law to the following named,being widow,son and daughters of said deceased,and ',

<br />and to Mabel Pentico,Edwin C.Burger,Celia Rapp,Mildred Rensimer,Rozilla Westfall and Grace G.'

<br />Burger,each an undivided 1/9 interest therein,all subject to the homestead rights of the said:I
<br />Rosa A.Burger,widow and all as tenants in common,and said estate is so awarded to them;that
<br />said deceased left surviving him as his only heirs -at- law,the above named,to -wit; Rosa A.Burg r,
<br />Mabel Pentico,Edwin C.Burger,Celia Rapp,Mildred Rensimer,Rozilla Westfall and Grace G.Burger,'
<br />who bore relationship to him as above set forth and that the said Mabel Pentico,petitioner
<br />in this cause,is a proper and qualified person to file said petition and prosecute this
<br />cause,that all debts of said deceased,if any there be,are forever barred and precluded;
<br />that further administration in the estate of said deceased is hereby dispensed with and
<br />said estate is settled and forever closed.
