<br />IT IS THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Lot Five (5) in Block One Hundred Three
<br />(103) of Koenig and Wiebe's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,and
<br />Lot Ten (10) in Block Twenty -seven (27) of Charles Wasmer's Addition to the City of Gradl
<br />Island,Hall County,Nebraska,and an undivided one -half (�) interest in and to the premises
<br />described in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 63 at Page 449 of the Deed Records of Hall
<br />County,Nebraska,more particularly described as follows:
<br />Part of Lot Eight (9) of Roeser's Subdivision of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(Sj NWJ) and Lots Two (2),Three (3),Four (4) and Five (5),all in Section Sixteen(16),Townshil
<br />Ten (10) North,Range Nine (9),West of the 6th.P.M.Hall County,Nebraska,described as follows$
<br />Beginning at a point in the center of the 50 foot road 25 feet South of the Southeast
<br />corner of Lot Four (4) of said Suvdivision,running thence Nest along center of said road
<br />317.5 feet,thence South at right angles 254 feet to present North bank of the Middle Channel
<br />of the Platte River,thence Northeasterly along said North Bank,meandering to a point where tt
<br />center of said road touches the said river bank,thence West along the center of said road
<br />109.5 feet to the place of beginning,containing 1.56 acres,...be the same a little more or
<br />less,subject however,to the South Half of said road herein mentioned. The four corners of
<br />the tract are each marked by a half inch iron pin,the head of which is driven eight inches
<br />under the present surface of the ground.
<br />did pass and descend by operation of law upon the death of Carl Frederick Oswald Leschinsky,
<br />as follows:
<br />To Clara E.Leschinsky,an undivided one -half (1) interest thereih,and
<br />To Julius P.Leschinsky and Minnie Leschinsky,each an undivided One- fourth (j) interest
<br />therein.
<br />and the same is hereby gwarded to them and each of them,to have and to hold to them and
<br />their heirs forever,and said Estate is closed,the Administrator discharged,and his bond
<br />released.
