(,a �0 J J J J D J J <br />WAYI-111 <br />iSBI -STATE 4QURNAL COMPANY, LINCOLN, NEB. <br />FINAL DECREE <br />s <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA. <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF <br />CARL FREDERICK OSWALD LESCHINSKY <br />DECEASED. <br />FINAL DECREE. <br />Now on this 25th.day of February,1927,this matter came on for hearing on the final report <br />the Administrator filed herein,after due notice by publication as by law and the order of thi <br />Court required,had been given to all persons interested as to the time fixed and place appoin ed <br />for hearing said report,and there being nd objections on.file,and no one appearing in person , <br />to object thereto,the Court examined said report and finds that the same is correct,and <br />that the same should be allowed and approved. <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the final report of-the Administrator <br />_ <br />filed herein on the 12th.day of February,1927,be and the same is hereby approved and allowed 1 <br />as and for his final accounting. <br />The Court further finds that due notice by publication as by law and the order of this Court <br />required has been given to all creditors and other persons interested as to the time fixed an4 <br />{s <br />place appointed for filing claims against said estate,and that said time has fully elapsed <br />ii <br />and expired,and that all claims filed against said estate have been paid and fully satisfied,! <br />and that any claims not so filed,if any such there be,should be forever barred and precluded. <br />IT IS THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED That all claims filed against said estate hav <br />been paid and fully satisfied,and that any claims not so filed,if any such there be,are hereb <br />forever barred and precluded. �{ <br />ii <br />The Court further finds that Carl Frederick Oswald Leschinsky departed this life on the 151h. <br />,i <br />day of July,1926,while a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,and that he died intestate; <br />{3 <br />that he left surviving him as his heirs at law,and only heirs at law,Clara E.Leschinsky,his w4dow, <br />Julius P.Leschinsky,his father,and Minnie Leschinsky,his mother ;that said deceased at the t im <br />a <br />of his death was the owner in fee of an undivided one -half (-.I) interest in and to the premiss <br />p <br />described in the warranty deed recorded in Book 63 at Page 449,of the Deed Records of Hall <br />County,Nebraska,more particularly described as follows; <br />Part of Lot Eight (8) of Roeser's Subdivision of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter <br />NWO and Lots Two (2),Three (3),Four (4) and Five (5),all in Section Sixteen (16),Township Ted, <br />(10) North,Range Nine (9),West of the 6th.P.M.,Hall County,Nebraska,described as follows; <br />i <br />Beginning at a point in the center of the 50 foot road,25 feet South afthe Southeast corne� of <br />Lot Your (4) of said Subdivision,running thence West along center of said road 317..5 feet,thece <br />South at right angles 254 feet to present North bank of the Middle Channel of the Platte Rive *, <br />thence Northeasterly along said North bank,meandering to a point where the center of said road <br />touches the said river bank,thence West along the center of said road 109.5 feet to the place'; <br />of beginning,containing 1.56 acres,be the same a little more or less, subject however,to the <br />South Half of said road herein mentioned. <br />The four corners of the tract are each marked by a half inch iron pin,the head of which isf <br />pp <br />driven eight inches under the present surface of the ground. <br />Also Lot Five (5) in Block One Hundred Three (103) of Koenig and Wiebe's Addition to the City' <br />of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,and Lot Ten (10) in Block Twenty -seven (27) of Charles <br />Wasme i s Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,and was possessed of perso4al <br />property,as shown in the inventory filed herein;that according to the law of descent of the j <br />State of Nebraska,an undivided one -half (-) interest in all of the estate of the deceased,pa1 <br />and descended to Clara E.Leschinsky,his widow,and Julius P.Leschinsky and Minnie Leschinsky,e <br />p <br />E, <br />sed <br />ch <br />
