<br />and legal newspaper circulated in Hall County,Nebraska;that the time for filing claims

<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that the said Paul C.Huston,
<br />Administrator,pay said residue to the above named personsin the following liroportions and
<br />shares,to -wit; One- twelfth part thereof to each of Anna Lovisa Olivia Stenberg,Johan Gustaf
<br />August Dehlin and Anton Robert Delin;One- fourth part thereof to each of Anna Gustava Jonseen
<br />(Jonson),Carl Gustaf Liden and Emma Sofia Andersson,and that upon payment,of same to said

<br />persons filing receipts therefor in this court,the said Paul C.Huston,Administrator,be
<br />and he is hereby - discharged and his bondsmen released.
<br />The Court further finds that the said John Carlson died stezed of the following described
<br />real estate;
<br />Lots 72 and 73 of Hawthorne Place,looated on part of the Northwest Quarter (NW}) of
<br />Section 22,Township 11,North,Range 9,West of the 6th P.M.,in Grand Island,Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />The Northerly 48 feet of Lots Six (6),leven (7) and Eight (g) of Block Eight (9),Wiebels
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska;and
<br />The Southerly 79 feet of Lot Five (5),Block Fifteen (15),H.G.Clark's Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island,ifebraska.
<br />IT Is FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the above described premises
<br />did pass and descend upon the death of the said John Carlson,deceased,in the following ori-
<br />portions;
<br />One - twelfth part thereof to each of Anna Lovisa Olivia Stenberg,Johan Gustaf August Dehlin
<br />and Anton Robert Delin.
<br />One- fourth part thereof to each of Anna Gustave Jonsson (Jonson),Oarl Gustaf Liden and
<br />Emma Sofia Andersson.
<br />and said real estate is hereby assigned to them and each of them in the above described pro-
<br />portions.-
<br />The Court further finds that said estate is not subject to inheritance tax.
