<br />Now,on this 4" day of %larch 127,this cause came on for nearing on the final report of John
<br />G.Woodin,Executor of the last will and testament of Bessie L.Woodin;deceased,and his petitic
<br />for his discharge herein and a settlement of said estate,and the court having examined the
<br />records and files and being fully advised in the premises,finds that due and legal notice has
<br />been given to all persons interested in said estate,of the time and place fixed for the
<br />hearing upon said report and petition,and no )ne appearing to object thereto,and the court,
<br />having; examined said report ,together with the all instruments on file,finds that said report
<br />is true and correct in all things,and that the said report ought to be allowed as and for
<br />the final report of said executor.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all person of'the time ar.
<br />place for filing claims against said estate,and that the time so fixed has fully expired,
<br />and all persons having clai:is against said estate,if any such there be,are forever barred and
<br />excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that the said executor has paid all the funeral expenses of the said
<br />Bessie L.Woodin,deceased,that he has paid all debts against said estate and paid the costs
<br />of administering,and that the executor has delivered to the heir of said estate the balance
<br />of the personal property belonging to said estate and that the sole heir.-is John G. Woodin,
<br />no provisions having been made in the will of the said Bessie L.Woodin,deceased,for her.
<br />daughter,Dorothy Ann_Woodin.
<br />TheCourt further finds that the value of the estate of Bessie L.Woodin,deceased was less
<br />than the sum of 30,000.00,that she left surviving her as her heir at law,legatee and devisee
<br />John G.Noodin,her surviving husband,and her daughter,Dorothy Ann Woodin,no provision being
<br />made for_.her in said last �i 11 and testament,and that the estate of the said Bessie L.Woodin,
<br />deceased,is not subject to an inheritance tax under the laws of the state of Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Bessie L.Woodin deceased,died seized as the owner in
<br />fee simple of the following described real estate situated in the City of Grand Island,Hall
<br />0ounty,11ebraska,to wit; Lot One (1), Block Sixteen (16),Kernohan and Deckers Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island,H211 County,Nebraska,

<br />The Court further finds that the said Bessie L.Woodin departed this life,testate,on the 12th
<br />day of September 1926,and that at the time of her death she was a resident and inhabitant
<br />of Hall County,Nebra,ska,and that on the 19th day of October,1926,the Last Will and Testament
<br />mf the said deceased was duly proved and allowed and admitted to probate in this court.
<br />The Court further finds that under the terms and nrov35ions of the Lase Will and Testament
<br />of the deceased,she gave,devised and bequeathed unto her surviving husband,John G.Woodin,all
<br />of her property,both real and personal,in fee simple absolute.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said
<br />John G.Woodin,as executor of the Last Will and Testament of the said Bessie L.Woodin,deceased
<br />be,and the same is in all tlAings allowed and approved as and for his final report,said exe-
<br />cutor is hereby discharged,his bond as such released,and said estate settled and closed.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under the terms and provisions o
<br />the Last Willand Testament of the said Bessie L.Woodin,deceased,that the ,estate of the said
<br />deceased,includinb the -real estate hereinbefore described,passes,by absolute title,to John G.
<br />rdoodin.
